Returns & Shipping Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
Returned goods must be un-used in their original packaging.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be more than happy to resolve any issues and provide you with a refund or replacement item.
You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you were sent the wrong order or products, please email us within 7 days with your details and order number so we can sort it out for you.
You should receive your order within 3-7 working days.
Orders are sent via Australia Post from Newcastle, NSW.
FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $20.
Orders under $20 are subject to a flat-rate delivery charge of $8.95 Australia wide.
We only deliver to customers ordering from Australia.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We don't like to be out of stock of products - but sometimes this simply can't be helped. And rest assured we are working behind the scenes to arrange more stock for you. If we are sold out of a product and you just need to have it...simply contact us and we can arrange a forward order for you.
